Dropship certified eclipse glasses

You sell on your own storefront under your own brand and set your own retail prices. Your backend calls our API with the buyer's shipping address, and we ship directly to them from our fulfillment network. You are the seller of record to your customer.

Each order you create opens an invoice for the agreed dropship price. Nothing enters our fulfillment pipeline until that invoice is paid. There are no credit terms and no invoicing in arrears. This is not negotiable in either direction: we never ship unpaid, and we never ask you to pre-fund inventory you have not sold.

Pay each order through the secure checkout link we return when the order is created, or send a bank transfer that we apply across your open orders. Transfers carry no payment processing fee and are the practical option above roughly 30 orders a day, when approving each invoice individually stops being workable.

An order that is not paid within 72 hours is closed and released, and nothing ships. How you collect from your own buyer is entirely your call and makes no difference to us.

Dropship prices are quoted VAT inclusive in EUR and cover the product, fulfillment, shipping, and tracking. There is no per-order handling fee and no minimum order. Every invoice shows the net and VAT breakdown.

We currently fulfill to Spain, France, Germany, Portugal, and the United Kingdom. Your live list is always available from the catalog endpoint, and orders to any other country are rejected outright rather than silently delayed. Tell us if you need a market that isn't on the list.

The moment your payment clears, the order is released to Amazon fulfillment without anyone touching it, and the tracking number flows back to you as soon as Amazon issues it. Orders ship in standard Amazon packaging by default, or in neutral packaging with no Amazon branding if you ask for it, subject to Amazon's delivery estimates for the destination. Track everything through the API, the partner portal, or a status page you can share with your buyer.

Our glasses are certified to EN ISO 12312-2:2015 under PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425, with the EU type-examination certificate and Declaration of Conformity published at helioclipse.com/en/documents/. You are welcome to publish these on your product pages.

Packages lost in transit are reshipped at our cost. Reshipments caused by an incorrect address supplied with the order are billed again. Product questions about eclipse safety and certification are yours to answer; anything involving fulfillment, shipping, or returns can be forwarded to info@helioclipse.com and we handle it.

You send us end-customer names and addresses so we can deliver. We process them only to fulfill and support the order. A data processing agreement is signed as part of onboarding before your first live order.

There is no exclusivity in either direction. API keys can be rotated or revoked, and either side can end the arrangement at any time. Orders already paid for are always fulfilled.
